Kino Arena has opened its doors in Bansko - a proper cinema, back where it belongs, inside the Nikola Vaptsarov community cultural centre.
A cosy new home for film
Set within the walls of the Nikola Vaptsarov community centre, the new cinema brings a warm, unhurried kind of atmosphere to the town - comfortable amphitheatre seating, modern picture and sound, and a wide shaded terrace out front for a coffee or a drink before or after the show.
It's a small, deliberate addition to Bansko's cultural life - built for an evening out that starts with a walk into town rather than a drive down the valley.
